Job summary

The Fresh Market in Towson is seeking a Center Store Specialist to lead core center store categories like Dairy, Frozen, Bulk, Coffee, Candy, and Beer & Wine. You will ensure product freshness, accurate pricing, and merchandising compliance while supporting inventory integrity and guest engagement.

Responsibilities include executing planograms, coordinating ordering, verifying deliveries, and assisting on the sales floor as needed to maintain exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure center store categories meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating and temperature compliance for dairy and frozen items.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of dairy, frozen, bulk, coffee, candy, beer and wine.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions and promotional events.
• Support front-end operations during peak business times as a cashier or in other areas.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach when on the sales floor.
