Job summary

SpartanNash's Family Fare division is hiring a part-time stock associate in Cannon Falls, MN. You will assist receiving, stocking, merchandising shelves, and ensure guest experience guidelines are followed in a friendly retail environment.

Eligible candidates have a high school diploma (GED preferred), basic math skills, and the ability to read and interpret documents. Prior retail experience is a plus; PPE and safety training are provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and stacking merchandise in the back room.
• Properly fill, rotate and merchandise shelves, cases and displays on sales floor.
• Notify the manager if products and supplies need to be ordered.
• Have familiarity with all products carried in the departments and know the product locations in the store.
• Handle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines.
• Maintain clean, attractive and well stocked departments.Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines.
• Follow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations.
• Follow Guest Experience Guidelines.
• May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience need.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

COMPENSATION: Hourly rate $13.00 - $16.00 depending on experience.

Position Summary:

This role is responsible to work independently to display and stock products; to ensure that you contribute to the financial best interest of the store.
