Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking an Operations Director to lead staff scheduling, client coordination, and large-scale operational initiatives. You will partner with clinical leadership to support outcomes, drive growth, and ensure high-quality care delivery.

Responsibilities include overseeing payroll and billing, maintaining compliance, and managing facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient center environment. Onsite role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in operations management or sales, prior management of a team required.
• Prior P&L experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage staff and client-related activities to ensure optimal coverage and smooth operations.
• Coordinate and oversee assessments and onboarding for clients.
• Monitor center metrics and drive continuous improvement across operations.
• Oversee payroll, billing, and financial performance with attention to compliance.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and well-maintained facilities and equipment.
