Oak Street Health is seeking a Center Medical Director in Durham, NC to lead the clinical team and drive outstanding patient care. The CMD will spend 80% of time in direct clinical care and 20% in administrative leadership, guiding evidence-based practices and serving as a mentor for providers.

Ideal candidates have an MD/DO/APN/PA with board certification in Internal/Family Medicine, and 5+ years in outpatient leadership.

Competenze

• MD/DO/APN/PA required.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine for MD/DO; Family, Adult, or Gerontology for APN.
• Experience in clinical leadership roles; coaching providers to excel in patient care.
