Job summary

European Wax Center in Riverton, UT is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, and drive guest satisfaction and revenue.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, payroll, and ensure health and safety compliance while coaching staff to achieve KPIs, pursue membership growth, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background and ability to lead a team.
• Experience managing multiple direct reports with strong communication skills.
• Customer service excellence with a growth mindset.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to coach, train, and provide performance feedback.

Job Summary

As a Center Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Understands the business of Revealing Beautiful Skin and is able to utilize Key Performance Indicators to drive positive business performance.
• Places the guest first. Coaches Associates to connect with our guests. Builds brand loyalty and establishes a loyal guest base through their behavior, product presentation and service.

• Ability to climb, reach, bend and lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand and work on the floor for extended periods of time - 80% or more of total shift.
