Job summary

Saco Bay PT in Augusta, ME is seeking an outpatient Center Manager/Physical Therapist to lead and deliver exceptional patient care experiences at a full-time level.

The role requires a licensed PT with at least 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience, capable of supervising a skilled therapy team, marketing rehabilitative services, and participating in community activities. Competitive salary with a sign-on bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration REQUIRED to start.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility of the center and uphold executive decisions.
• Maintain and demonstrate excellence in patient care and leadership duties.
• Utilize local community networks to partner with physicians, employers and payors for patient outcomes.
• Act as a business owner to grow the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Expand the team of Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants.
