This full-time, in-person role at 10099 Cleary Blvd Suite 49 includes a salary range of $48,000.00 – $65,478.00 and a competitive bonus structure, with benefits and opportunities for ongoing training and advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background).
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Established history of managing multiple direct reports.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Growth mindset is key.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPIs and speak to financial acumen

We are seeking an experienced retail sales manager, spa manager, or salon leader to grow their career in the beauty and wellness industry and lead a high-performing team delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a full-time, in-person role located at 10099 Cleary Blvd Suite 49, Plantation, FL 33324 with salary range $48,000.00 – $65,478.00 and a competitive bonus structure.
