Select Medical in Nashua, NH is seeking a driven Center Manager and licensed Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient orthopaedic and sports PT clinic. You will oversee daily operations, build strong community and physician relationships, and drive growth while delivering exceptional patient care.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, patient outcomes, and ongoing professional development in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with patients, physicians, and referral partners.
• Drive clinic growth through community engagement and outreach.
• Expand and develop a team of PTs and PTAs.
• Partner with programs and events to give back to the community.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities.
