FullSpeed Automotive Mansfield Center is seeking an experienced Center Manager to lead daily operations, drive service sales, and safeguard profitability. You will balance hands-on bay leadership with strategic oversight of revenue, costs, safety, and talent development to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will own the P&L, manage scheduling, parts, and inventory, and coach a high-performing team while building strong local fleet relationships and ensuring compliance with safety

Qualifications

This role owns the full business—balancing hands-on leadership in the bay with strategic oversight of revenue, cost control, safety, and talent development.You operate with an owner’s mindset, ensuring the center runs efficiently, safely, and profitably while building a high-performing, service-driven team.
