C2 Johns Creek is seeking a Center Director-in-training to learn operations, sales processes, and educational leadership at our Johns Creek center in GA. You will study curriculum delivery, assessment, and family communication while supporting staff and student success.

You will participate in marketing and enrollment activities, build relationships with families, and contribute to a positive learning environment that aligns with our mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and train with experienced Center Directors to learn operations and sales processes.
• Learn and implement C2 Education curriculum, teaching methodologies, and assessment procedures.
• Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, families, and staff.
• Participate in lead generation, community outreach, and enrollment consultations.
