Learning Care Group is seeking a Center Director to lead daily operations, support staff, and uphold high standards of care and education for children and families. This role emphasizes teamwork, curriculum execution, and community engagement in a dynamic center environment.

The ideal candidate will bring supervisory experience, a credential in early childhood education, and a commitment to comprehensive center administration, including parent communication and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader: manage school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans; assist with curriculum implementation and coaching.
• Be an expert: ensure the school operates in line with licensing standards and fosters community partnerships.
• Be an innovator: spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things daily in a caring, safe environment.
• Be a team player: recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
