Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader managing school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing improvement plans.
• Ensure the school operates in line with licensing standards and fosters partnerships with the community.
• Be an innovator who promotes a safe, educational environment and supports children's growth.
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
