Job summary

The Goddard School of Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Director to lead daily operations and ensure compliance with brand, regulatory, and policy standards. You will guide a talented team and foster a culture of excellence in early childhood education.

You will implement the Wonder of Learning® curriculum, engage families and the community, manage budgets and enrollment, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children and staff. A passion for high-quality education is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and minimum 3 years of early childhood education experience
• At least 1 year in a leadership role with supervision responsibility
• Strong knowledge of child development and early learning best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Love for children and commitment to high-quality education

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations while upholding brand, regulatory and policy standards
• Hire, train, supervise and support staff to build a positive, collaborative team
• Deliver our Wonder of Learning program to spark curiosity and growth
• Build strong relationships with families and promote the School in the community
• Manage budget, enrollment and resources for operational success
• Maintain a safe, clean and prepared environment for children and staff
