Job summary

ABT (Above & Beyond Therapy) is seeking a BCBA for Fairfax, VA with full-time or part-time opportunities and a competitive salary up to $110,000 per year, paid bi-weekly. The position includes sign-on and relocation bonuses, and local travel between assignments.

You will conduct intake evaluations, design treatment plans, supervise ABA technicians, and communicate results to families, with a strong focus on growth and development in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certificate.
• Experience working with children and teens with ASD.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between assignments.
• Planned relocation or reliable commute to Fairfax, VA.

• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.

• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Graph data, adjust strategies to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries.

Above & Beyond Therapy (ABT) is expanding into Colorado and is looking for local Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the Fairfax area. The role offers full‑time and part‑time opportunities, with a salary of up to $110,000 per year paid bi‑weekly. Sign‑on and relocation bonuses are available.
