Job summary

Child Development Schools seeks a School Director to lead a campus with warmth and high standards. You'll guide a talented team of educators, ensure safety and compliance, and partner with families to create a thriving learning environment.

You’ll drive enrollment, design engaging learning activities, manage staffing and budgets, and represent the school in the community. This role rewards leadership with growth opportunities and a collaborative culture that values children and families.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in early childhood education.
• Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field.

Your Role as School Director

You're the heart and soul of your school. You'll lead by example, creating a warm, inclusive environment where staff, parents, and children feel valued and respected. Your top priority? Ensuring safety, health, and well-being through clear protocols and hands-on leadership.
