Mathnasium is seeking a Center Director in California who will run the center like a small business, driving day‑to‑day operations, enrollment growth, and student success. You will lead a team of math instructors and center leads, manage parent relationships, and own the center's performance metrics.

You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, bringing strong leadership and sales skills, and a passion for helping students excel through the Mathnasium Method.

• A genuine passion for math and for helping students succeed

• Strong math competency (through at least Algebra I) — you'll be tested, not just interviewed

• Prior experience working at or running a Mathnasium center is strongly preferred


• Bilingual, Spanish-speaking, is a plus


• Familiarity with the Mathnasium Method, center management software, and Mathnasium University
