Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Director to lead a school and drive high-quality early childhood education. You will manage staff, ensure licensing compliance, and partner with families to support children's growth.

The role emphasizes safe, nurturing environments and profitability through effective operations. As Director, you will collaborate with teachers and administrators to implement curriculum, maintain licensing standards, and ensure exceptional learning experiences for young children

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply.
• Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements.
• 1-2 years supervisory/management experience of at least six non-exempt associates; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

• Recruit, select and retain quality staff.
• Help achieve profitability for the company.
