Redlands Christian Migrant Association (RCMA) seeks a Center Director to oversee the operation and administration of an RCMA Child Care Center. You will lead degreed and non-degreed staff, ensure a culturally responsive and developmentally appropriate program, and provide a warm climate for staff and families.
The role requires supervising staff, ensuring licensing compliance, and coordinating with administrative functions to maintain program quality.
Salary Range: $50,086.40 To $65,112.32 Annually

To be the person responsible for the operation (management and administration) of an RCMA Child Care Center. By applying knowledge learned from a background similar to the families served, provides leadership to degreed and non-degreed staff that will enhance their ability to provide a culturally sensitive, developmentally appropriate and healthy Early Childhood Program and support to families. Provides a warm and friendly emotional climate for staff at the Center and families served. Provides direct supervision to assigned staff.
NOTE: Regular work attendance (minimum of 5 days a week, 40 hours per week) is necessary to perform the essential duties.

After initial hire, the employee must complete mandatory child care training (DCF 45 hours) as specified in the DCF Training Addendum and in accordance with Florida Statutes and funding source requirements to retain eligibility to be employed in this position.
High School diploma or GED and the Directors Credential Foundation level is a minimum requirement for the position. For Directors in a center that provides VPK services – The VPK Director Credential Endorsement, VPK Education Standard Training, and Emergent Literacy for VPK will be required.
