Healthcare Staffing Plus, LLC. is seeking a Center Clinical Medical Director for our Margate, FL clinic. The role offers a base salary of $280,000–$300,000 with potential for a bonus up to 20% of base and the opportunity to pursue a partnership with no buy-in.

The position focuses on managing care for seniors through a value-based, patient-centered approach. Hours are typically Monday–Friday with clinic hours 7:30a–5:00p; a smaller patient panel (up to 250) supports focused, high-quality care.
