Job summary

Growing Minds Behavioral Health in Lanham, Maryland is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children under BCBA supervision, implement ABA plans, collect progress data, and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

This role requires an active RBT certification, a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and availability 8:30am–5pm. Pay is $30/hour plus benefits in a collaborative, inclusive team.
