Job summary

First Steps Developmental Services in Woburn, MA is opening a center-based ABA program focused on helping children ages 2–6 develop communication, social, and independence skills through evidence-based therapy.

We’re seeking energetic and caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a part-time role. You’ll provide 1:1 and small group ABA therapy, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with BCBA supervision in a center setting.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and making a lasting difference.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred).
• Experience with children, especially in special education or childcare (preferred).
• Willingness to learn and follow treatment plans consistently.
• Ability to kneel, squat, lift up to 30 lbs, and engage in active play.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group ABA therapy to children under 6.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Use play-based teaching to develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Receive regular training, feedback, and career development opportunities.
