Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a BCBA to lead in-home ABA services via telehealth, providing clinical oversight and remote coaching to technicians while partnering with families. This flexible remote role supports clinicians across multiple locations to ensure access to compassionate care.

The position offers a base salary up to $105,000, a $10,000 signing bonus, and a strong bonus structure. CEU stipends and full benefits are included to support ongoing professional growth.

• Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency.

Compensation & Incentives

• Base salary up to $105,000 (based on experience).
