Centria Autism Centers is seeking a Center-Based BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision and to mentor Behavior Technicians. You’ll help develop individualized behavior plans and collect data for data-driven treatment decisions.

Engaging families through training, collaborating with BCBAs, and aligning with our assent-based, child-centered approach are key parts of the role. Join a team focused on mentorship and growth.

Center-Based Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $75,000–$85,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).
