Centria is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA therapy in a purpose-built clinical setting, focusing on outcomes over billables. You’ll work with a supportive team and leverage our CareConnect platform to streamline planning and data collection.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and licensure.
• Experience leading ABA therapy in clinical settings.
• Ability to mentor technicians and coordinate with clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative in-center environment.
• Provide daily supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents during on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
