BehaviorCare Therapy in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center. You will work in-center, supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, and guiding children toward meaningful milestones within a supportive, team-focused environment.

The role emphasizes ongoing professional growth, collaboration with families and peers, and a manageable caseload designed for high-quality ABA therapy. Arizona licensure and BACB‑certified BCBA credentials are required.
