Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide center-based ABA therapy for children aged 18 months to school age. You will work with a team of clinicians to implement individualized therapy plans and track progress in a supportive setting.

Please note: a high school diploma is required; college degree preferred but not necessary. A background check and drug test are part of the hiring process. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12:30-4:30pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree not required.
• Experience working with children preferred but not required.
• Passion for working with children with autism and their families.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based ABA therapy one-on-one with children 18 months to school age.
• Collaborate with clinicians and behavior analysts to implement therapy plans.
• Use play-based and naturalistic approaches to support skill development.
• Track and document progress for each child.
• Assist children in progressing toward school readiness and educational/social goals.
• Be part of a supportive team dedicated to Lighthouse Core Values.
