Job summary

A leading autism therapy center in Indiana is seeking dedicated individuals to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You will work one-on-one with children in a fun and rewarding environment, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help them reach their fullest potential. Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to lift/carry more than 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• Undergo a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children in a center-based approach.
• Collaborate with clinicians and behavior analysts.
• Track and document each child's progress.
