Job summary
A leading autism therapy center in Indiana is seeking dedicated individuals to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You will work one-on-one with children in a fun and rewarding environment, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help them reach their fullest potential. Paid training is provided to support your growth and earn the RBT Certification. This role includes competitive salary, full-time schedule, and comprehensive benefits starting on day one.
Qualifications
Candidates must be able to lift/carry more than 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
Undergo a background check and drug test.
Responsibilities
Provide ABA therapy to children in a center-based approach.
Collaborate with clinicians and behavior analysts.
Track and document each child's progress.
