Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days of hire.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Familiarity with data collection/analysis and behavior-intervention techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy sessions to children ages 18 months to 10 years.
• Collect and summarize data on observable behaviors.
• Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
