Job summary
The Hope Source is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) in Indianapolis, Indiana, to provide ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism. Offering a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, you will work under BCBA supervision, implementing treatment plans and providing support. The position includes competitive compensation ranging from $18 to $25 per hour, professional development, ongoing training, and a positive work environment with no nights or weekends.
Qualifications
Interest in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related fields.
Experience working with children or individuals with Autism preferred.
No prior ABA experience required.
Responsibilities
Deliver individual and group ABA interventions to children and adolescents with ASD.
Implement Treatment Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA direction.
Lead skill acquisition and behavior management across diverse environments.
Collect and record accurate data for behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
