Oregon Child Development Coalition (OCDC) is hiring a Teacher Assistant/Support role in Oregon. You will assist staff with daily center operations, greet visitors, perform clerical tasks, and support teachers with developmentally appropriate activities for children.
The position emphasizes safety, confidentiality, and compliance with Head Start standards, daycare regulations, and USDA guidelines, with opportunities to participate in trainings and team meetings.

Assists center staff in carrying out various duties at the center as assigned, in accordance with Head Start Performance Standards, Day Care Licensing Regulations, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and other applicable standards.
Six months experience working within a variety of responsibilities to include working with young children, cooking in a restaurant, or cleaning in an industrial setting.
The pay range for this position is $17.00 to $19.71 hourly. Placement within the range is determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
