Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret trade magazines.
• Basic math and cost/pricing calculations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate cellar duties to meet production quotas for Blake's Beverage Co.
• Maintain filtration, CIP, and transfer systems for smooth production.
• Assist in run-down, clean cycles, and R&D activities.
• Share knowledge to improve cellar processes and optimization.
• Work as a team with cellar personnel, supervisors, and other departments.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness according to SOPs and 5S requirements.
