AstraZeneca plc is seeking a QC Analyst to ensure cell therapy products meet release and stability standards. You will own analytical method qualification, perform critical testing, and present results to enable timely lot release decisions.

In this role you will collaborate across teams, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvement in analytical practices, supporting fast-paced development programs in the US.

Formación

• 4+ years with Associate's degree or 2+ years with Bachelor's degree or 0+ with MS in biological sciences.
• Occasional weekend/holiday work to support lot release testing.
• Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and accountability.
• Strong collaboration across organizational interfaces in a fast-paced team.
• Detail-oriented with quick learning and information application.
• Knowledge of cell culture and MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with analytical techniques: flow cytometry, qPCR, dPCR, ELISA.

Responsabilidades

• Release and Stability Testing using flow cytometry, ELISA, dPCR for cell therapy products.
• Develop, qualify, and transfer analytical methods for routine use.
• Provide SME support and data-driven guidance in investigations.
• Document test results, study data, and SOPs with regulatory alignment.
• Support daily QC activities and monitor lab performance; occasional off-hours support.
• Mentor associates to elevate analytical practice across the lab.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce cycle time.
