Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is hiring for an Associate, QC Analytical, Cell Therapy in Summit, NJ. The role focuses on supporting routine QC testing across in-process, final product, and stability samples, with opportunities to assist with documentation, deviations, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The position requires 0–2+ years of relevant QC experience, basic lab techniques, and knowledge of cell/molecular biology methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in science; associate degree with equivalent experience also considered.
• 0–2+ years of analytical testing or QC experience in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience with basic lab techniques and lab safety practices.
• Experience with cell and molecular biology techniques (cell-based assays, flow cytometry, qPCR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples.
• May review GMP documentation and perform data verification.
• Support document revision, CAPA, deviation/investigation tasks and continuous improvement efforts.
• May train analysts on general job duties.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
