Job summary

Lonza in Pearland, TX seeks a Quality Control Analyst II for cell therapy products. The role is on-site with a 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Wed–Sat shift and weekend differentials to support continuous quality control activities.

You will perform QC assays for product release, raw material release, and stability studies, maintain data, and write deviations per cGMP. Bachelor's in a relevant science field required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant science field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of biologic, cell-based assays including flow cytometry.
• Experience with cGMP and writing deviations and quality documentation.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot basic and specialized lab equipment.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, databases and word processing software.

• Use SOPs and policies to make sound quality decisions.
• Record test results and maintain raw data accurately.
• Present information clearly and facilitate team understanding.
• Provide suggestions to improve documentation and workflows.
• Mentor and train others; work collaboratively in a team.
