Job summary

Landmark Bio/Artis BioSolutions is seeking a Research Associate – Process Development to join our hands-on lab team in Watertown, MA. You will execute cell culture, optimize culture conditions, and support scale-up and technology transfer to GMP manufacturing.

You will collaborate with Process Development, Analytical Development, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to advance programs from development through manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2+ years of laboratory or process development experience; advanced-degree candidates considered.
• Strong understanding of mammalian cell culture and aseptic techniques.
• Hands-on experience with cell culture, expansion, cryopreservation or related processes.
• Willingness to work with viral vector systems (lentiviral, AAV).
• Experience with bioreactors or cell-based process development technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammalian cell culture activities including aseptic technique and culture expansion.
• Culture and process various cell types including iPSC, MSC, and primary human cells.
