Lonza Group Ltd. in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I to join our Cell Therapy manufacturing team.

In this entry-level role, you will support manufacturing operations in a safe, compliant, and controlled environment, working with experienced colleagues on production activities, equipment readiness, and training. You will contribute to continuous improvement, assist with technical transfers, update manufacturing documentation, and learn processes transferred to the Portsmouth

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP/biotech environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of cGMP principles and cleanroom operations preferred.
• Willingness to learn processes, equipment, and systems.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support operations in safety, quality, and cGMP compliance.
• Perform cleaning activities and keep spaces inspection-ready.
• Complete safety training and gowning procedures.
• Support technical transfers including training runs.
• Assist with manufacturing documentation updates.
• Learn and support customer manufacturing processes transferred to Portsmouth facility.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, MSAT and other teams to meet milestones.
