Job summary

NextDeavor in Mentor, OH seeks a Cell Technician for the 3rd shift to operate and test assemblies on nights, ensuring products meet specs and production goals. You will work with supervisors and teammates to keep tooling and outputs aligned with customer requirements, on-site from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to read drawings, good manual dexterity, and strong teamwork. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

US person status.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, procedures, and drawings.
Manual dexterity and willingness to learn.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a team member.
Ability to work the 3rd shift schedule (10:30 PM to 7:00 AM).

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of approved assembly techniques and tests.
Read, interpret, and follow assembly drawings, procedures, and instructions.
Operate test equipment and verify calibration; conduct test audits.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tooling and make necessary adjustments for non-conforming assemblies.
Assist and instruct others in daily activities and maintain production flow.
Maintain organized, clean, and FOD-free work areas while observing safety rules.
Use gauges and measuring equipment to ensure assemblies meet dimensional and customer specifications.

You will work closely with supervisors and production teammates to keep tooling, equipment, and outputs aligned with customer requirements. This is an onsite, 3rd-shift role (10:30 PM to 7:00 AM).
