Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily change-of-shift rounds and plan production operations.
• Inspect machines and equipment to ensure performance.
• Review production orders and establish priorities for manufacturing products.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Report on performance of production activities to the Manufacturing Manager.
• Manage staffing and mentor Shift Leaders; monitor attendance and payroll duties.
