Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in life sciences or a related field.
• At least one year of laboratory experience in life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, or related industry; academic lab training may be considered.
• Manufacturing or production laboratory experience preferred; strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules and daily laboratory priorities.
• Process human blood samples using centrifugation and cell-isolation techniques.
• Prepare reagents and buffers.
• Perform quality control testing on cell products.
• Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols.
• Operate standard laboratory equipment and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
