Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Franklin, NH is seeking a reliable, self-starting assembler tester to assemble and test valves and components using assembly machinery or jigs. This on-site role reports to the Production Supervisor and supports daily manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include following instructions, packaging, completing production records, maintaining safety and housekeeping, and promptly reporting quality or safety concerns while assisting with additional projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Must successfully establish employment eligibility and pass pre-employment checks.

Scope of Position

This reliable, self-starting individual, as part of the operations team, will be responsible for assembling and testing valves and / or valve components using assembly machinery or jigs and fixtures. This position reports to the Production Supervisor, is onsite, and is based in Franklin, NH.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow prescribed A.T.I.'s (Assemble test instructions) in order to maintain excellent quality standards.
• Test and/or package valves and components in individual boxes and into master cartons, marking same with the proper identification labels and instructional materials.
• Completion of recaps, production records, and quality control documents.
• Continuous repetitive assembling of valves and/or sub parts.
• Perform routine housekeeping to ensure area operates within parameters that conform to environmental and safety standards.
• Report any quality or safety concerns immediately.
• Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Production Supervisor or Company management.

Working Conditions

While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required to work at the Company's Franklin location in Franklin, NH. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
