Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from an accredited university.
• 2+ years postdoctoral experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to student-centered, active learning and inquiry-based teaching.
• Ability to mentor an ethnically and culturally diverse student population.
• Experience developing externally funded research programs involving undergraduates and Master’s students.

Responsibilities

• Teach Introductory Cell and Molecular Biology.
• Teach upper-division and graduate-level courses in the candidate's area of expertise.
