Job summary

Nemera Vernon Hills is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support production operations at our Vernon Hills facility. You will help maintain ISO, Health and Safety policies, and GMP standards while upholding 5S discipline.

Responsibilities include visual inspection of products to specs, data entry into Mattec, operating assembly or packaging equipment, performing mold changeovers, and loading cycle parameters into the Injection Molding machines at startup.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining ISO standards and GMP practices.
• Knowledge of 5S and workplace organization.
• Ability to perform visual inspections and enter data accurately.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO Standards, Health and Safety. Requirements, Continuous Improvement, GMP and standard work procedures.
• Maintain clean work space and 5S Standards in work area.
• Complete visual inspection of product per production specification for defects.
• Report identified visual defects to Supervisor or Process Technician.
• Enter daily production and scrap data into Mattec.
• Operate Assembly or package equipment as required per product specifications and/or work instructions.
• Perform mold changeovers.
• Load the validated master cycle parameters into the Injection Molding machine at each startup.
