Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group is seeking a Cell Lead in Wisconsin to guide a high‑performing production team. You will coach staff, supervise up to 30 employees, and drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements on the shop floor.

You will run daily meetings, monitor KPIs, support scheduling and material flow, and step in on the assembly line as needed. A strong Lean mindset and hands‑on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment.
• Hands‑on experience with assembly tools, equipment, and troubleshooting in a production setting.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, inventory systems, and data tracking).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the team to build a high‑performing, engaged workforce.
• Oversee production operations for up to 25–30 employees ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Diagnose issues, coach staff through solutions, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain and drive performance metrics using Hour‑Hour and SQDC boards.
• Ensure safety, 5S, and compliance across the cell.
• Perform and supervise quality inspections and corrective actions.
• Lead daily shift start‑up meetings and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Assist with resource allocation, scheduling, and material coordination.
• Step in to perform production tasks and provide overtime when needed.
• Foster engagement and a positive, accountable team culture.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.
