Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions in Lexington, MA is hiring AD scientists to support biological therapeutic product release and characterization testing. You will execute analytical methods using Binding ELISA and cell-based potency assays in a GLP-compliant environment.

Responsibilities include protocol development, data analysis, and maintaining equipment and records, with occasional weekend work as needed. Requires US work authorization and a commutable distance to Lexington, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in cell/molecular biology or biochemistry with lab experience required.
• Master’s degree is a plus with thesis/published work.
• Experience with plate-based assays and basic statistics helpful.

Responsibilities

• Contributes as part of a team of AD scientists toward execution of analytical methods.
• Independently performs routine testing (Binding ELISA, cell-based potency, enzyme activity).
• Maintains protocol/report documentation and presentations.
• Complies with GLP, safety and regulatory requirements.
