Job summary

The role requires a B.S. with extensive related experience or an advanced degree, strong data-writing abilities, and strict adherence to cGMP/GLP standards.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree with 7+ years experience; M.S. with 5 years or Ph.D. in a scientific discipline.
• Expertise in cell-based assay analytical techniques.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present and write technically.
• Record information clearly, following cGMP/GLP/GCP and related practices.
• Able to adapt to safety requirements and team changes.

Responsibilities

• Execute experiments and interpret results to support project goals.
• Perform data analysis and document observations.
• Troubleshoot and understand experimental issues.
• Maintain instrumentation knowledge and calibration.
• Keep notebooks updated and develop clear written reports.
• Stay current with scientific literature and apply insights.
• Label, handle, and store chemicals; dispose hazardous waste safely.
• Perform 96-well cell-based assays with plate readers/flow cytometers.
• Maintain multiple cell lines with aseptic technique and banking.
