Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a highly motivated scientist for our Malvern, PA laboratory to support method development and validation in cell-based assays. You will perform mammalian cell culture, PCR/qPCR/dPCR, DNA isolation, and plate-based assays including ELISA/MSD, while maintaining GMP-compliant records.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in a sciences field, 3+ years of industry experience, and the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor or Masters degree in scientific concentration; PhD is preferred.
• 3+ years of industry experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Use micro pipettes for precise readings in cell-based assays and plate-based assays (ELISA, Alphalisa).
• Use qPCR, dPCR, DNA isolations and sequencing.
• Maintain electronic lab notebooks and GMP-compliant record keeping.
• Work on new method development as well as optimize existing methods.
• Adapt to dynamic method development settings to accommodate quick changes in protocols.

Job Description
