Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in construction project management, field supervision, or related experience.
• Ceiling construction experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling activities and assist with tracking apprentice progress, training requirements, and workforce assignments to support project needs.
• Assist with pre-job and post-job setup activities, ensuring materials, equipment, documentation, and project closeout requirements are properly organized.
• Conduct job site visits to monitor project progress, provide support to field teams, and help ensure work is completed according to company standards.
• Help maintain a clean, organized warehouse by managing inventory and supporting warehouse operations.
• Complete small punch list items and minor tasks to ensure quality before project completion.
• Review onsite labor versus bid schedule to maximize productivity.
• Monitor progress and identify potential delays or scope conflicts.
• Coordinate material deliveries.
• Verify installer time reporting is accurate and submitted timely.
• Execute assignments given by Project Managers.
