LVI Associates is seeking a CEI Lead to oversee construction engineering and inspection services for transportation projects in New York. You will be the primary contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and compliance with agency standards.

Responsibilities include leading CEI teams, supervising inspectors and subconsultants, reviewing documentation, and coordinating with design teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • PE license preferred.
  • 10+ years of CEI, construction management, or transportation infrastructure experience.
  • Experience leading construction inspection teams on DOT, bridge, roadway, or transit projects.
  • Strong understanding of contract administration, quality assurance, and construction practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • Familiarity with state and local transportation agencies such as NYSDOT, NJDOT, PennDOT, or similar agencies preferred.

Job description
