Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have 5+ years in Building Maintenance and code compliance.
- 3–5 years Life Safety experience required.
- Experience overseeing facilities and third-party vendors is required.

This is a full-time, days opportunity.
- Provide Life Safety/Facility Management responsibilities for numerous Ambulatory Care Surgery Centers in designated geographic territories on behalf of CE-Tech.
- Duties include maintaining Life Safety systems and compliance, general building maintenance and management of third party vendors, contractors and service providers.
- Over 5 years Building Maintenance and Code Required
- 3-5 Years Life Safety Required
- High School Diploma Preferred
- Life Safety Specialist Preferred
- Fire Inspector Preferred
