Qualifications

• Familiarity with applicable federal, state and local construction regulations.
• Proficient in using inspection tools and basic reporting software (e.g., Site Manager, MS Office).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections to verify compliance with approved plans, specifications, codes, and contract documents.
• Interpret and review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Prepare detailed daily inspection reports, field notes, and photo documentation.
• Monitor construction progress and verify that materials and workmanship meet required standards.
• Identify deviations or non-compliant work and coordinate corrective actions with contractors and project managers.
• Participate in progress meetings and provide updates on construction status and field conditions.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of field activities, tests, and communications.
